User agreement on accepting voluntary donations
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The official version is the Serbian original (Споразум са корисником); in case of any discrepancy, the Serbian version prevails.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs voluntary donations made to the citizens’ association “Topli mačkin dom” (Udruženje građana „Topli mačkin dom“, hereinafter: the Association), registered in the Republic of Serbia.
1.2. The Association works in animal protection, helping abandoned cats, providing their medical treatment, sterilisation and rehoming.
1.3. By making a payment, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and fully accept its terms.
1.4. A donation is a voluntary, non-refundable contribution and does not create any obligations of the Association towards the User.
2. How to donate
2.1. Payment is made by scanning the QR code published on the Association’s website. The User selects a donation amount corresponding to one of the QR codes offered, or enters an amount themselves.
2.2. Payments are accepted in Serbian dinars (RSD) through the NBS IPS instant payment system.
2.3. The moment of payment is the moment the User’s account is successfully debited and the transaction confirmation is received.
3. Payment confirmation
3.1. After a successful payment, the User receives a confirmation in the form provided by the payment service (a notification in the mobile banking app or similar).
3.2. The Association is not responsible for technical problems on the side of the bank or the payment operator.
4. Use of donations
4.1. All donations received are used exclusively for the statutory purposes of the Association: animal care, veterinary treatment, spaying, neutering, rehabilitation and rehoming.
4.2. The Association publishes reports on the use of funds on its website at least once a year.
5. Refunds
5.1. Given the voluntary and non-refundable nature of donations, payments are, as a rule, not refunded.
5.2. If a payment was made by mistake (double charge, technical error), the User may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the payment by sending a message to the Association’s email address stating the date, amount and proof of payment.
5.3. The request will be considered within 30 calendar days.
6. Personal data
6.1. The Association receives from the payment service only technical transaction data: amount, date and identifier. The User’s personal data are not provided to the Association, and the Association does not process them.
7. Governing law and disputes
7.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, before the competent court at the seat of the Association.
8. Changes to the Agreement
8.1. The Association may change the terms of this Agreement by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the donation page means acceptance of the changes.
